The Best Baked, Crispy Wings Ever!

A simple recipe for baked drumsticks and wings has always been a go-to for our busy weeknights. These baked drumsticks come out tasting crispy and delicious. Best of all, they’re nut, gluten and dairy free!

We’ve added a generous helping of Rawsome by Now Foods for some added nutrients like flaxseed, hemp seed, organic sprouted whole chia meal, and whole food dried fruit and vegetable concentrate.  A win-win, if you ask me!

Ingredients:
12-15 drumsticks and wings
2 tablespoons of Rawsome @LiveNaturalNow
1-2 cups of Arrowroot
2 eggs
Olive oil – a generous drizzle
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of parsley

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add parchment paper to a pan.
Add 2 eggs to a bowl and mix them together to create a wash.
Add the arrowroot powder and the spices to a second shallow bowl, and mix together.
Take one piece of chicken at a time, first dipping the drumstick into the egg wash, and then coat in the flour and spices mix.
Place wings and drumsticks in pan. Continue until all the chicken is coated.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken and bake for 1 hour until the chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through.
