Steamed Broccoli

A simple, nutritious and delicious side dish that we make often is this steamed broccoli 🥦 with sautéed garlic and chili peppers.

Steam your broccoli, add sliced garlic and sliced chili pepper or chili flakes to a small pan and sauté until the garlic is soft and tender or perfectly crispy.
Broccoli is a nutritious powerhouse! Loaded with vitamins, minerals giving you a variety of health benefits.

Including its ability to prevent cancer, detox the liver, lower cholesterol, and improve digestion!

The trick is to not over cook the nutrients right out of it. Crisp-tender is the best.
