This berry smoothie bowl is easy to make, and give you a boost of energy with tons of flavour.
Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1 cup of fresh blueberries
¼ nut milk of choice
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
Handful of spinach
Sugar substitute – adjust to taste
Ice

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
