Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s that time of year when it’s pumpkin everything. And because its an unbelievably hot autumn day, you can enjoy this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie or add dandy blend (coffee substitute) to make it a latte when the inevitable cooler weather hits.


This is a much healthier version than the popular cafe options. **Pumpkin is a great source of fibre, easy to digest and good for heart health. **Gelatin contains amino acids and well known for its benefits on hair, skin, nails, reducing inflammation of joints, and heals the digestive system.

Pumpkin Spice Latte - Paleo

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsps coconut nectar (we use @geeshafoods )
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp unflavoured gelatin @greatlakesgelatin 
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Blend and enjoy!
