Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients together, set aside. Mix wet ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix together until you get a dough consistency.
Transfer dough to baking pan, using hands press and shape.
Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes, pull out of oven, and turn oven to broil.
Add your desired toppings, return to oven and broil for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly before serving!
Notes
Dough may also be divided into individual personal pizzas! For a quick weeknight meal, have pizza sauce already made and frozen in small containers. Suggested toppings: grass-fed sausage, green peppers, red onion, Cashew "Cheese" (page 174 of our Healthy Comforts cookbook) and some greens such as spinach or arugula.
