Because we can never have enough gluten/dairy free pizza…here’s a variation on our previous pizza recipe!

  • 1 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp unrefined salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Mix dry ingredients together, set aside. Mix wet ingredients together. 
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and mix together until you get a dough consistency.
  • Transfer dough to baking pan, using hands press and shape. 
  • Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes, pull out of oven, and turn oven to broil.
  • Add your desired toppings, return to oven and broil for 5 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly before serving!


Dough may also be divided into individual personal pizzas!  For a quick weeknight meal, have pizza sauce already made and frozen in small containers.
Suggested toppings: grass-fed sausage, green peppers, red onion, Cashew "Cheese" (page 174 of our Healthy Comforts cookbook) and some greens such as spinach or arugula.
