Our Paleo Bread

There were a lot of foods we missed eating when we changed our diet to Paleo and that’s exactly why we created Health Comforts.

Giving up bread was probably one of the hardest and recreating a soft, and tender loaf with a seriously nice crust proved to be just as difficult.. but we did it and it’s delicious, and easy to make. The food processor does all the work 🙋‍♀️. This fresh baked paleo bread is grain free, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and yeast free and makes the best sandwich bread, hello BLT and chicken salad sandwich! Slather with ghee and fruit preserve, garlic bread, use for french toast or to soak up any sauce!
Now don’t get me wrong, the majority of our meals consist of protein, leafy greens, vegetables and healthy fats… but boy it’s nice to know that when a craving hits we have this tasty bread 🍞 in our back pocket! Freezes really well, just allow the loaf to cool, slice and bag placing parchment paper in between each slice!
