- 1/2 avocado* *not a fan of avocado? - replace the avocado and dates for one banana
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 1/4 cup mango
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk (almond, coconut, cashew) *or substitute with coconut water
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. blend until smooth and creamy.
