Our Green Smoothie

A green smoothie is my morning go-to, especially when I’m feeling bloated or starting to feel under the weather. Full of healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and protein – keeping you powered with no mid-morning crash!

Because green smoothies contain all the edible parts of a plant, not just the juice makes them healthier and easier on the digestive system!

  • 1/2 avocado* *not a fan of avocado? - replace the avocado and dates for one banana
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp collagen
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk (almond, coconut, cashew) *or substitute with coconut water


  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. blend until smooth and creamy. 
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. 


*make the night before and enjoy for breakfast.
