New Year Evolution

Instead of setting New Year’s resolutions, let’s talk evolutions.  With another new year just around the corner, it’s easy to fall into the resolution TRAP – where we make a resolution in January, only to let it fall by the wayside a few weeks later.

For 2020, let’s shift from making a resolution to making a personal evolution – where we make small goals that are more gentle and kinder to ourselves. More importantly, we embrace small steps that help us evolve into the best version of ourselves, reminding us that we are not perfect beings, rather works in progress. Let’s choose to walk into 2020 embracing a mindset that nurtures the mind, body and soul, and creates a culture of courage, compassion and grace within ourselves and all around us.
