Ingredients:

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 medjool dates
  • ice

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
