My kids can never get enough of muffins. A family favourite is banana/chocolate combo. These can be made in a matter of minutes. Throw everything in the blender, bake for 10-12 minutes, and you’re done! Not sure if you’ll be able to eat only one!

2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons coconut nectar or honey
1 cup almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon unrefined salt
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.
