Dry Skin Brushing

Have you tried dry skin brushing? Dry skin brushing is one of the easiest things to add to your morning or evening routine that can greatly improve the health of your skin, as well as stimulate the lymphatic system, aids in detoxification, boost circulation, exfoliates the skin, reduces cellulite and reduces stress.

Be sure to buy a brush with natural bristles. Start at the feet and work your way up in a circular motion, then simply jump in the shower.
After taking the time to care for your body, be cautious of toxic laden body lotions that will clog the pores! A great all natural moisturizer is coconut butter, I like to add a few drops of lavender essential oil to help relax the body and calm the mind. For me it’s a perfect way to end my day!
