This unbelievably warm day has me thinking of summer and frozen yogurt while sitting by the pool. If you’re like me – dairy intolerant then frozen yogurt hasn’t been part of your life until now.
Homemade dairy free yogurt is so simple and takes minutes from prep to serve. Thick, rich and creamy, everything you would expect from a frozen yogurt plus the health benefits of coconut kefir adding good gut bacteria (probiotics). The coconut kefir can either be purchased or homemade. Either one works perfectly in this recipe.
Dairy Free Frozen Yoghurt
- 3 cups frozen fruit (berries or any frozen fruit)
- 1 cup coconut kefir
- 3 tbsp honey
- Combine everything in a food processor until smooth. That's it, enjoy! In case there is any leftover...you can freeze It!
