Are external pressures (e.g., work, family obligations, demands from others, preparing for the holidays) pulling you in one direction? Are you forgetting to work in some me-time?

When the wind is moving you in a certain direction, it’s time to adjust your sail. Frustration, struggle and exhaustion can come from being unconscious of the currents in our lives. Set goals, focusing on one priority at a time, and ensuring that one of your priorities is to take care of yourself and your well-being. Taking time to do the things you love refuels the mind, body and soul.
