Avocado Creme

We’re obsessed with this Avocado Creme and for good reason. The powerful line up of ingredients are incredibly beneficial to our over all well being.

Avocado is a super healthy fat that our body’s thrive on especially our brains, nerves, and heart but by adding tomato which are high in lycopene, they become much more powerful – they have a synergy effect. Lemons are your livers best friend and very alkaline to the whole body, garlic is nature’s antibiotic, shallots which again work in a synergistic way when combined with garlic. So not only is this recipe delicious but super healthy!

Avocado Creme



  • 1/4 cup unsalted cashews (soaked in hot water for half hour, rinse well after soaking and discard the water)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp unrefined salt
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 small shallot



  • Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. 
    Add to tacos, salads, deviled eggs, Soups or as a vegetable dip.
