No-Bake Chai Spiced Snowballs

These simple but delicious No-Bake Chai Spiced Snowballs have all the flavours of the holidays.


I used warming spices but feel free to use whatever spices you like.

No-Bake Chai Spiced Snowballs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom 
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup swerve icing sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except icing sugar to a food processor.
  • Process until a ball forms.
  • Add the icing sugar to a reusable bag.
  • Take a tbsp of dough, roll into a ball and place in the icing sugar to coat.
  • Place it in the fridge to set.
