We’ve given breakfast a fun twist! How cute are these homemade granola cups and papaya filled with yogurt or our personal favourite … coconut kefir which we’re obsessed with from Healing Nutrition.
We used our homemade granola bars, which are grain, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free from Healthy Comforts page 24, lined large and small muffin tins with parchment paper liners. I added enough mixture to each liner and pressed down and around the sides. Place them in the freezer to set then filled them with coconut kefir (or yogurt), topped with fruit and a drizzle of honey!
Store in the fridge for an easy, delicious, and nutritious ready to go breakfast.
